What is the normal turn-around time?

In most cases, the final image can be expected within 4 days from the receipt of the product. Faster turn around is possible, but rush fees will apply. A surcharge of 50% will be assessed for 3 day turn around and 100% for a two day turn around.


Where do do I ship my product for photography?

Products can be shipped to : 315 West Water Street, Elmira, New York 14901, Attn: Rob Stanton. IMPORTANT: If products are being shipped for a Saturday delivery, please contact for a weekend receiving address.


How soon before my product is returned?

Products will be returned within one day of completion and delivery of the photography. CheapProductPhotos.com will charge the actual shipping cost of returning products unless a carrier account number or return shipping label is included. There are no related handling charges. The product will be carefully paced for return with all ancillary components included.


What is the maximum size a final image can be used?

A final image resolution will be at a high enough to reproduce an image as a full page tabloid. If the image is intended for larger use, please indicate the final image size that is needed.


How are Files Sent?

The files can be sent via standard FTP retrieval or through a third-party service, such as YouSendit.com. A back-up CD with the final image(s) will also be included in the returned product package or via Priority Mail (at no additional cost).


Can final files be sent to multiple recipients and locations?

Yes. Files can be sent to anyone you designate


Are all reproduction rights included?

Yes. Full reproduction rights are included without limit to time, media, or geography. Reproduction rights are transferred upon full payment. These rights extend to the use of the photographic image, itself, and not protected trademarks related to the product being photographed.


Can I be invoiced instead of paying prior to the release of the final file?

More involved projects can be billed with net 30 day terms at your request.


Can I trust you with a product prototype or a one of a kind sample?

Rob Stanton has many years of experience handling prototypes. All products and prototypes will be handled with extreme which includes, unpacking, cleaning prep (if needed), production, and repacking for return. Photography production is executed in an area with very low traffic and no public exposure.


Will you sign an Non-Disclsoure Agreement if my product has not been released to the public?

Absolutely. A Non-Disclosure Agreement can be reviewed and signed prior to receiving proprietary product for photography. Such agreement are commonplace when handling products that have not been introduced to the public. All photography production is executed in an area that is not exposure to the public or other clients.


Does CheapProductShots.com have access to models and specialty stylists, if needed?

No. CheapProductPhotos.com has limited access to models and stylists. Our focus on product photography without the need of specialized services keeps production efficiencies streamlined.


Are digital files backed-up and archived?

Yes. All files will be backed-up and stored for future retrieval, if needed. If a final image file is delivered electronically, a back-up disk will be sent. CheapProductPhotos.com encourages all its clients to make multiple digit copies as back-up as well.


Do you have references that I can speak with?

Yes. We would be happy to send reference names (emails or phone numbers) of past clients, if needed. Your trust and comfort are very important to us.
